Sergio Camedda

born in Oristano in 1964, graduated  at the University of Cagliari, teacher;  images

1995 – 2006  organizes and directs music projects in a teaching context (The Sounds of the Industrial Revolution, Protest Songs, Invisible Cities Soundscapes).

1996 – 2001 creates logos, posters, brochures and concert passes (Kronos Quartet, Michel Petrucciani, Paul Motian, Diane Kraal, Evelyn Glennie, Egsberto Gismonti, Mccoy Tyner, Michael Brecker) together with Gianni Porcu for Jazz ad Or –  Oristano Jazz Festival supported by the Ente Musicale of Oristano;

1998 – 2016 founder member of the electroacoustic music group “DIFONDO” together with the musician Giampaolo Campus. 1999 – 2001 founder member of the music research group “MICROONDE” in collaboration with the University of Cagliari organizing annual courses about the use of computers in music, musicological lectures on new music tendencies and technologies and workshops (David Shea e Otomo Yoshihide);

1999 – 2012 takes part to WORKSHOPS on improvisation with David Shea, Otomo Yoshihide, Tim Hodgkinson, Jean Marc Montera, Elio Martusciello and Enrico Malatesta;

2009 – 2016 founder member of the cultural association I PARAFONISTI DEL BALDO and of its music collective collaborating to the creation of original projects:  “SIIO VLUMMIA – Torrente”, 2010 – Brentonico; “Deperillizia”, 2010 – Rovereto; “Ecofonie”, 2011- Cornè di Brentonico; “Am Blam Stap”, 2012 – Ala; “Ecofonie + Alex Langer”, 2015 – Brentonico;

2011 – 2014 joins the multimedia project “CAVA TAPI – La voce dell’antenna” (created by Giampaolo Campus and Walter Salin and with Anna Baroldi and Stefano Fadda’s contribution), under Presidenza del Consiglio della provincia autonoma di Trento’s patronage, on Fortunato Depero’s literary works and life: 2011, Castello del Buonconsiglio, Trento and 2012, Fondo (TN- Italy), on the occasion of a Depero’s art exhibition;

2012 – 2013 joins the music collective CLICK ENSEMBLE taking part to: “Live Improvisation”, 2012 – Brentonico , “Policronie 5.8.11” di Roberto Conz, 2012 – Rovereto  and  “Mobiles”, 2013 – Rovereto.
